Another college budget-friendly bedroom design idea. I cut 4 petal flowers out of iridescent white paper, folded the leaves in slightly, then stuck them on the wall in a whimsical, carefree pattern. This project cost well below $10, and has received many compliments.

Focus on the decorations above the bed. Can you tell that they are made of the sides of a cardboard box, duct tape, and fabric? Good. Just one of my little tricks to designing on a college budget.
